You are buying a folding 14x pocket magnifier,  It features 2 7x lenses to create a 7x or 14x magnification.  The 1" lenses are made of glass and are distortion free.  It measures about 2" x 1 1/2" closed. It has countless uses for hobbyists, collectors, electronic engineers, scientists, stamp collectors and students.
