1914 Scotland 'Fever Nurse' Named Sterling Silver Medical Nursing Pin

This is a named sterling silver antique fever nurse pin from 1914 from the Local Government Board for Scotland. From what I've seen, the local government board was the body within the country that was in charge of overseeing the public health from 1894 to 1919, when it was replaced by the Scottish Board of Health.
It is named and dated on the back, with the following: "Nurse Ellen A. Farquhar Fever Training 1914".
The back indicates that it was made in 1913 by the Birmingham maker Brook and Son. It measures 1 1/4 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition.
