    Description

    I am offering on Buy It Now a stunning antique porcelain vase from Japan. This 9 1/4" tall vase is hand painted with pink lotus flowers and a heavy gold leaf. It is further decorated with raised white enamel details around the leaf and gold beading. The shape is triangular and there are three handles starting at the rim.  Part of a gold leaf is around the rim along with more white enameling and gold beads. The vase has a faint mark and says hand painted. I think this is Art Nouveau from the early 1900's. It is in excellent condition with no repairs or any damage. There may be minimal gold loss on the handles, but it is hard to tell as the gold is shaded. This lovely vase will be carefully wrapped for safe shipping.
