Beautiful cream colored porcelain musical display with 22K gold finished caduceus dangling in the center of a heart to symbolize the love and caring given by nurses. This beautiful heart display is also musical and plays the song, The Wind Beneath My  Wings.  This is accented with Swarovski Crystals and designed by Arleigh Elliott for The Bradford Exchange. The writing on the base has a little saying "As I care for my patients today, bless me with kindness in all I do and say" - 5.25" High - Bottom states that this is a first issue. Limited to 120 Crafting Days.
