    Here we have an 8 x 12 photo showing smoke from oil well fires burning in the distance forcing drivers to use their headlights during daylight. The fires were set by Iraqi troops as they withdrew from Kuwait during Operation Desert Storm. The original image dated to April 22, 1991, Kuwait.
