Less than 2 miles from Wyndham Bali Hai Villas, Princeville Ranch is a different kind of playground with 2,500 acres of rolling pasture lands that overlook the Pacific Ocean. It?s a working cattle ranch, but also a place where you'll experience unique adventures. Slide along a jungle zip line, ride on horseback to an 80-foot waterfall, hike to a hidden valley, the list goes on.
You'll also find some of Kauai's best beaches within a 10-mile drive. Take a dip at Lumahai Beach, the setting for the film South Pacific, work on your tan at Kee Beach, enjoy the views at Hanalei Bay, or head to Anini Beach for some snorkeling.

A rental car is highly recommended as there are limited public transportation options and most attractions and activities are not within walking distance.
This resort is 100 percent smoke-free in all of its units and buildings. Smoking may be permitted in designated areas on the property. Not complying with this policy may result in the assessment of a substantial fee.
Wyndham Bali Hai Villas is not air conditioned. However, there are ceiling fans located in each unit.
The state of Hawaii mandates a Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) based on the size of your unit. This tax is collected upon check-out. Please contact the resort for the exact amount.

I am a Wyndham Resorts owner and have reserved the rental time listed above. I will contact Wyndham and have them generate a guest certificate issued with the winning bidders name, address, phone number and email. The name and address provided with your PayPal payment must match the winning bidders government issued ID to check into the resort. I will then email the winning bidder their confirmation certificate within 24 or 48 hours once I receive the revised email confirmation certificate from Wyndham.
CONDITIONS:
There is no additional cost to the successful bidder for this vacation rental package. Price paid includes all lodging rental days. There are no refunds unless the listed vacation rental time is no longer available.
No timeshare presentation is required.
All guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at this resort. NO Pets are allowed. Trained service animals are permitted. A valid credit card is required at check-in for any on-site incidentals. Incidental charges responsible from the winning bidder include any restaurant charges, activity center fees, telephone calls, transportation to and from the resort, parking, any suite pilfering or damage, etc. This resort has a Non-Smoking policy.
