KM-21 Silver 10 Centavos 1896 PGV in XF+ condition. Appears to have had some darkish toning or spots which someone tried to clean off, thus most of the coin is bright with just some small black areas remaining. Has some small scratches but great visible details visible on both sides. Very popular and scarce, with a mintage of only 700,000. Should be a great value at our low opening bid that includes postage.
