    Notes from my experience using it:
    You have to wait between each flash otherwise it may freeze ( no more flashing) until you unplug and replug. Since I learned this,  I had no issues with freezing.
    The power outlet you choose is important. I used one on a wall that had no other outlets. Some of our other outlets cannot handle the current and the circuit breaker will be tripped. Here are the suggestions from the manufacturer:
    "These machines use the full load of power. Most often when people are having trouble it is because they are using an extension cord or a power strip. They are both no-no's. You will also want to make sure you are not using a GFI outlet, as well as nothing else plugged into the outlet. "
