Our location of Sevier County has been placed on a face mask mandate beginning Friday 7/10/20 at 12:01am, until further notice. This requires all persons to wear a face mask while inside of any public areas or businesses. Here at Wyndham Great Smokies Lodge, we ask that you have a mask on at all times unless in the privacy of your own unit. Wilderness at the Smokies has also asked the same while using their facilities. If you are using the outdoor water park, you will not need a facemask, only to practice social distancing. If using the indoor water park, you are to wear a mask unless swimming or on a water slide

How to bid.  Your bid on this condo rental is the complete total of what you have to pay, other than normal optional purchases.
There are no hidden charges,
no sales tax or lodging tax, and no cleaning fees

This condo is currently reserved in my name.  When purchased I will make arrangements to get a guest certificate in your name.
This guest certificate will be sent to you via email, post-marked mail or in any fashion requested. The registered guest must be present at check-in,
you must bring this certificate with you at check-in and, you must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in; these procedures are strictly enforced.
You will need a photo id, and a credit card for incidental room charges.
About the seller
My wife and I thoroughly enjoy traveling in style with Wyndham.  We are Platinum members of Wyndham Resorts, which is the top level of Wyndham membership.
Occasionally we are not able to use all of our Wyndham vacations in a given year, so we reserve nice vacations and make them available on eBay for others to enjoy.

Helpful Hints
1.  You do not have to own timeshare or belong to RCI in order to bid.
AND you do
not
have to attend a Timeshare Sales presentation
.  ABSOLUTELY NOT.
2. Once reservations are put in your name, the unit is yours for the dates indicated.  You do not have to arrive on the first night of your stay.
Your reservation will still be held for the time period specified in the auction.  If you don't arrive, it will sit empty.  However, there will not be any nights  added to your stay for any unused nights, and no refunds.
3.  The resort has a Non-Smoking policy in the units and buildings.
4.  The resort has the right to enforce occupancy levels and check-out times.  Check-in time is typically 4:00 pm daily; check-out time is typically 10:00 am.
There is a late check-out fee assessed for any guests checking out past the deadline.
5.  No pets are allowed.
6.  A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in.  Any damage or pilfering is the responsibility of the guest.
7. Cancellations are not permitted.
