    Description

Offered is a vintage photograph of a group of soldiers, based on their uniforms, we think it may date from World War I.  On the back is written: "This is me and my nine soldier teachers who had charge of the illiterate men in the regiment in which I worked."   The family this photo came from is from Appalachian Kentucky.   The photo measures 2½ x 3½ inches and is in very good gently used condition though a bit faded.
PLEASE NOTE: The photo as shown has drops of water on it - it is an effect that we put on when we scanned the photo, to avoid unauthorized duplication. The photo you receive will not have the water drops when you receive it.
