Renter agrees to abide by policies set by the management, refrain from loud noise and to return condo in clean, picked up condition or pay costs of same. Renter is responsible for any damages incurred.
Renter agrees that no pets shall be allowed in condo. Service animals with legal documentation will be allowed and must be arranged with the resort front desk prior to your arrival.

Driving Directions From Orlando International Airport: Take State Rd 417 ( Toll Road) south to Exit #6 (RT536). Continue straight on to RT536. Pass through the Walt Disney World gateway sign. Take the first exit on your right towards Disney Springs ( look for Brown Bonnet Creek Sign). At the traffic light , make a left on to Buena Vista Dr. At next light take a left on to Chelonia Pkwy. Resort will be ½ mile on the left. Driving distance is approximately 21 miles.
When you arrive you will proceed through the guard gate directly to the building straight ahead. Here you will check in at the front desk.
