ully furnished timeshare condo unit that has a kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware to serve the number of occupants indicated in this listing. Washer and dryer.
Bath
towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps and detergents, and other consumable supplies will be furnished.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
1 King sized bed and a queen pullout sleeper sofa.
As a guest of a VIP member, you will have access to the fine amenities available at this
Gold Crown Resort
on the same basis as the timeshare owner. You are bidding one price for the total number of days available. You will be able to check into the unit after
4 PM
on the first date listed and you will be expected to check out of the unit before
10 AM
on the last date listed.
NOTES
A guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at this resort.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit for security/key/telephone is required at check in.
This is
returned if there are no charges
against the unit. You Do NOT Need to attend a timeshare presentation. No Pets allowed unless it is a service animal.
Because this is a timeshare unit, there is no way to change or adjust the dates of availability. If you are looking for different dates or a different size unit you may email us
if it is within 60 days of the date of use
. Please include location, inclusive dates and size unit needed. If such a unit becomes available we will notify you.
If we reserve a unit that is outside the 60 day window, the cost will be 2 to 4 times higher.
Daily round-trip shuttle from the lobby to the Walt Disney World Resort for a fee.

Getting There
From Orlando International Airport:
Take State Rd 417 south to Exit #6 (RT 536). Continue straight on to RT 536. Pass through the Walt Disney World gateway sign. Take the first exit on your right towards Downtown Disney. At the traffic light, make a left on to Buena Vista Drive. At next light take a left on to Chelonia Parkway. Resort will be one (1) mile on the left.
Alternate Directions from Orlando International Airport:
Take RT 528 West (Beachline) to the end. Merge on to I-4 West. Take Exit 67 (SR 536). Pass through the Walt Disney World gateway sign. Take the first exit on your right towards Downtown Disney. At the traffic light, make a left on to Buena Vista Drive. At next light take a left on to Chelonia Parkway. Resort will be one (1) mile on the left.
CLUB WYNDHAM Plus Policies
Minimum Check-In Age for the CLUB WYNDHAM Plus Program: The Member or Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID.
A credit card per-authorization or cash deposit will be required upon check-in. (Security Deposit) This will be returned at check out if no long distance phone calls are made or room service.
The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same type and occupancy as confirmed with this confirmation.
A Guest Confirmation is required for any unit that the owner of record, will not be personally occupying.
Late Arrivals:  Please notify the resort of your late arrival and check-in no later than 48 hours after your scheduled arrival date.  Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

I will give you my confirmation number by email within 1 day if you send me your email address.
Since you will be purchasing the condo through eBay, you can send me your email address through eBay.  PayPal removes your email address from the payment invoice they send to me.  This will allow you to check in as my guest. Please confirm the name of the person who will be doing the actual checking in (arriving first) because sometimes another family member or a friend may arrive first and want to check in.  They cannot unless their name is on the reservation.  Once I add a name, I cannot change it without paying Wyndham an extra .00 guest fee.  I forward you your confirmation from Wyndham in an email from my personal account.  Please check your spam or trash if you do not see it.
There are no additional fees. No shipping or handling charges.
We prefer that you make payment with any major credit card through PayPal.com.
All sales are final after purchasing of rental condo.  If you have questions, please ask before purchasing.
