The resort can accommodate one vehicle per reservation in the parking garage for self-parking. Vehicles must be shorter than 7’2”. Vehicles that exceed the maximum garage height must park off-site at the owners’ expense.

Our updated housekeeping protocols for our resort operation teams are in place to minimize potential exposure to  for our associates as well as owners and guests. These protocols include temporarily suspending housekeeping services while suites are occupied, including stay-over cleans for extended stays.

We are Founder level members of Club Wyndham Vacation Resorts for over 20 years. When we can't use all of our points during the year we list some on eBay, so you can enjoy as well.
I will need a name, address, and phone number to put on the reservation that matches your ID as well as an email address where your confirmation can be sent. This name and address will need to match that on the government ID used at check in. Your mailing address, phone number and email address will only be used for the confirmation process and will be kept private.

Your purchase will entitle you, the buyer, to rent from me one single time, the property described for the dates and times stated. I verify that I currently have a confirmed Wyndham reservation for the stated accommodations at this location for the dates stated that is currently in my name. I will have Wyndham issue a Guest Confirmation to put this same reservation in your name within two business days after your payment and after you also provide to me your name, your address, your phone number, and your email address.
I will send a Guest Confirmation to your provided email address.

If you have more than one Wyndham Reservation for dates that overlap within the same time period the additional reservation(s) will be forfeited in accordance with Wyndham's cancellation policy.
The guest(s) named on Wyndham Guest Confirmation must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Photo identification is required at check in along with major credit card.
Traveler(s) named on the Guest Confirmation must be present at the time of check in. The buyer must provide the seller the name and address of the person(s) checking in by the calendar day following the purchase date.
The initial Wyndham Guest Confirmation is included at no extra charge. However, any name and/or address change initiated by the buyer after the initial guest information has been entered into the Wyndham reservation system by the seller, will incur a
.00 change fee - no exceptions.
The seller is not responsible for fees charged by the resort for amenities and/or incidentals such as - long distance phone charges, parking, rollaway, meals, etc. These fees are determined and levied by the resort and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Daily housekeeping cleaning of the unit is not included.
The check out date and time is set by the resort and must be strictly adhered to. Please contact the resort directly for instructions if you anticipate a late arrival.
If check in assistance is required after office hours please contact the emergency number listed on your confirmation.
The buyer understands that each unit will be inspected before and after the reservation. The buyer is responsible for any damages and charges incurred by buyer or buyer's party.
Pets
are not
permitted. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in fines and termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.
The resort assigns the unit. Unit views, floor, and location on resort property cannot be guaranteed.
The buyer may not exceed maximum occupancy standards indicated on the confirmation. Failure to comply with these standards may result in termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund
Resort amenities may change from time to time and are governed by each resort. The seller is not responsible for any inconvenience of unavailability of any of the resort's amenities. A copy of the resort policies relating to amenities may be acquired upon check in at the resort.
The seller is not responsible for inclement weather, power outages or acts of God which may inconvenience travelers.
The seller is not liable for injury, loss or damages to persons or property while traveling.

have to attend a Club Wyndham timeshare sales presentation.
