As a guest you will have access to all of the fine amenities available at this
Gold Crown Resort
on the same basis as the timeshare owner. You are bidding one price for the total number of days available. You will be able to check into the unit after 4 PM on the first date listed and you will be expected to check out of the unit before 10 AM on the last date listed.
NOTE: No pets are allowed.
If you are the successful bidder we will expect you to make payment or contact us regarding your intent to make payment within 24 hours of the close of the auction. As soon as we receive your payment, we will request a Guest Confirmation to be issued in your name. We will email you a copy of the Confirmation as soon as it becomes available to us.

A credit card imprint or 0 cash security/key/telephone deposit is required at check in. This is returned if there are no charges against the unit.
Due to new cancellation policies at Wyndham, cancellations received more than 16 days from arrival date will be accepted for a 75% refund (minus Ebay final fees) and cancellations received less than 17 days from arrival date will not be accepted and no refund can be given.
