I have for sale a 6 day, 5 night vacation in beautiful Pompano Beach Florida!  It is at
Wyndham Sea Gardens,
which is a wonderful resort with an outdoor pool + a pool bar, and many other amenities.
The resort is situated directly on the beach. So you get easy, effortless access to surf and sun. The variety of in-house amenities make the resort the ultimate beachside playground. The suites provide more than just space with unparalleled Intracoastal Waterway views. This Gold Coast gem takes you well beyond the traditional beach vacation

A refundable security deposit is required at check-in.
This is a Two Bedroom Deluxe unit that accommodates up to 6 people and has 2 bathrooms.  This is booked for Sunday August 15 – Friday August 20. These dates are confirmed and are not subject to change.  The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and a private bath with Jacuzzi.  There are two double beds in the second bedroom, and there is also a double bed sleeper sofa.  Along with a fully equipped Kitchen and a Living Room, it has all the comforts of home.  There is a Dining area by the kitchen.  There is even a Washer/Dryer in the unit.  You can pack light and go home with all clean clothes if you like.  Keep some food in the room for inexpensive meals or fun snacks.  There is a DVD player and TV in the Living Room.  This is perfect for a family to spread out or friends travelling together and still have privacy.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out is 10:00 AM.  If you cannot check-in on the 15th, please call ahead to advise and make arrangements for a late check-in.  Check your calendar, pack your bags!
*IMPORTANT* You must be 21 or older to check-in, and you must have a valid credit card and photo ID. There will be a refundable deposit required at check-in in the event of any incidental charges (damages, long-distance phone calls, etc).
Also please note that I am auctioning the hotel stay ONLY. Travel is not included.  Tickets to the local attractions are not included.
We will send a confirmation via email at no additional charge.  You will receive your confirmation after payment is received and you confirm your name and address for the reservation.  There are no additional fees, taxes, or hidden charges.  Please provide your email address to me so that we can send it directly to you.
I absolutely must have the name and address as it appears on the Photo ID of the person Checking-in.  Please provide this information when making payment to not delay receiving your confirmation.
